Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional experience in multi-site operations, clinic operations, facilities, hospitality, retail, events, or another role supporting physical locations.
  • •Serve as the primary local point of contact for therapists, using strong verbal and written communication to resolve platform/scheduling issues and collaborate with internal teams.
  • •Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic data visualization to work with clinic data and dashboards.
  • •Ability to quickly learn new software platforms (e.g., Ops App, Hex dashboard).
  • •Be willing and able to travel to U.S. markets and remain on location for several weeks or months during clinic launches, ideally West-Coast based.
