Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and execute assigned service projects through full completion, coordinating project execution to accomplish goals within time frames and limited resources.
  • •Plan and review projects by establishing schedules, project parameters, and procedures to meet system goals.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
  • •Connect and communicate with customers and stakeholders (building owners, contractors, subcontractors, and field support staff) and schedule internal project team meetings.
  • •Validate cost-to-date and reconcile project data, including purchase order discrepancies and billing backlog coordination with Service Managers, field technicians, customers, and Trane claims as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 51,300 - 72,660 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and up to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to working independently and as part of a team.
  • •Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
  • •Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment.
  • •Familiarity with HVAC system operations is preferred (not required).
