Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply security governance and risk expertise to identify, assess, and mitigate complex ICT/cyber risks and recommend best practices.
  • •Drive DORA accountability by supporting design, effectiveness, and testing of BCM, DR, and cyber resilience controls, including scenario testing and remediation tracking.
  • •Coordinate ICT control oversight and assurance by planning control testing, reviewing control evidence, and supporting remediation and escalation of material risks.
  • •Serve as a First Line subject matter expert for ICT/cyber incident management, including severity assessment, escalation, post-incident review, and regulatory notifications.
  • •Prepare management information and assurance/regulatory responses for senior management while overseeing material change governance for technology initiatives, outsourcing, and new launches.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or regulated environments, plus a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Experience in ICT risk management, operational resilience, cyber risk, or regulatory oversight within a First Line (or equivalent) function.
  • •Strong working knowledge of DORA, PSD2 (and PSD3/PSR), GDPR, EBA Guidelines, and ECB supervisory expectations.
  • •Hands-on experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, cyber resilience testing, and control effectiveness assessments.
  • •Experience in incident management, regulatory notifications, supervisory interactions, and overseeing or challenging material change programs and technology transformations.
