Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop a team of recruiters supporting RMS hiring across production, manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain.
  • •Own end-to-end RMS hiring strategy, forecasting demand, building pipelines, and reporting progress with data-backed communication.
  • •Analyze recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and drive recruiting process improvements.
  • •Set and maintain a high performance bar for sourcing, pipeline velocity, interview quality, and offer-acceptance rates.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert in sourcing techniques and tools, conduct interviews, and calibrate hiring manager expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience hiring top-tier technical talent.
  • •8+ years partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders, advising on hiring strategy using data.
  • •5+ years managing or mentoring recruiters in time-sensitive, high-volume recruiting pipelines.
  • •Use recruiting analytics to initiate and sustain process improvements based on evidence, not just reporting.
  • •Experience recruiting in an agency and/or fast-paced startup, hiring for hardware, production, manufacturing engineering, or related technical roles.
