Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and expand new and existing commercial relationships through lead lists and Centers of Influence (COI).
  • •Build and maintain a quality commercial loan portfolio (including companies with revenues between $5M and $30M) while obtaining deposits and cross-selling bank products.
  • •Maximize profitability by pricing loan originations appropriately and driving fee income and Treasury Services cross-sell.
  • •Prepare correspondence, commitment letters, and loan memorandums; monitor the loan portfolio and keep borrower financial information current.
  • •Ensure portfolio administration, risk management, and compliance with credit policy, procedures, and commercial and regulatory guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or finance preferred, or equivalent banking experience.
  • •3-5 years of commercial banking experience with a proven track record generating deposit and fee income.
  • •Credit skills and the ability to service and originate real estate and complex C&I loans.
  • •Ability to analyze commercial real estate lending, including credit analysis, global cash flow analysis, and Debt Service Coverage.
  • •Knowledge of CRE collateral documentation (e.g., title insurance, deeds of trust, assignment of rents & leases, hazard/flood insurance, UCC filings) and regulatory compliance for commercial lending.
