Lead enterprise Health & Safety across operations, designing and standardizing safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance (MSHA, OSHA, DOT, ATF), and driving continuous improvement. Partner with site leadership and corporate teams to foster a proactive safety culture, oversee audits, incident investigations, training, and executive updates, while managing field execution and risk across mining operations.
