Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all electrical activities for assigned projects, including pre-construction, phased construction, closeout coordination, commissioning, start-up, occupancy, and warranty enforcement.
  • •Serve as primary electrical point of contact between client, GC’s, EPC’s, AECOM staff, and project stakeholders.
  • •Oversee installation of mission-critical electrical systems and monitor contractor performance via field inspections.
  • •Coordinate electrical milestones with mechanical, civil, architectural, and commissioning teams to support commissioning, energization, phased start-up, and turnover.
  • •Manage project documentation coordination (RFI/submittal validation and logging) and review Pay Applications and off-site equipment condition documentation with the client’s OFCI firm.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •5+ years’ experience managing large-scale industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.
  • •Knowledge of electrical systems, electrical distribution, cooling infrastructure, and critical facility operations.
  • •Understanding of construction means/methods, project delivery processes, and contract administration.
  • •Experience managing electrical scopes in excess of $100M in construction value.
