Drive proof-of-value and customer success for AI observability solutions, serving as a trusted technical advisor to bridge agentic AI systems and measurable business outcomes. Architect and implement AI solution integrations, write custom integration code, and accelerate adoption with reusable integration patterns. Lead technical engagements (QBRs, escalations, roadmap input) while deepening domain expertise in AI observability, model governance, and compliance.

•Drive successful proof-of-value experiences by architecting and implementing AI solutions and meeting evaluation success criteria.
•Serve as the trusted technical partner, building relationships with data science and AI engineering teams to realize measurable value.
•Champion the customer voice through technical engagements, status syncs, roadmap discussions, QBRs, and escalation management.
•Become a domain expert in AI observability and help customers operationalize observability best practices for transparency, monitoring, and compliance.
•Deliver secure, scalable integrations by writing custom integration code and refining integration patterns across data and workflow platforms.

•Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
•Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple customer engagements.
•Demonstrated collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive customer outcomes.
