Job Summary

Own the bank’s AI Enablement product line and AI services, partnering with business product owners and AI governance groups to turn business and technical goals into executable strategy. Drive technical architecture and lifecycle change for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform AI. Monitor service quality and negotiated service levels, evaluate new AI technologies, and lead roadmap, budgeting, and responsible AI/security/compliance collaboration across IT and the lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

•Own AI Enablement product line and associated AI services, providing single-point accountability for AI enablement across IT.
•Deliver AI enablement technical strategy and architecture, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform AI capabilities.
•Orchestrate AI product lifecycle changes (e.g., model versioning, platform upgrades, responsible AI controls) and manage service quality outcomes against negotiated service levels.
•Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies, models, and providers with responsible AI, security, and compliance assessments.
•Lead service planning and execution rhythms for requirements through design, development, testing, and release; manage oversight reporting and annual operating/capital budgeting.

Key Requirements

•6+ years IT experience and 4+ years technical product or project management experience.
•Solid knowledge of product management best practices and application delivery methodology applied to AI products and services.
•Working knowledge of responsible AI principles, model risk management, and AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF) for financial services.
•Strong knowledge of agile SDLC, communication/change leadership, and vendor management/contract negotiation tactics.
•Ability to analyze and define efficient, cost-effective AI solutions, including model risk, data sensitivity, and emerging regulatory expectations.
