Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out functional health assessments and gather accurate, detailed information.
  • •Speak with customers by phone, face to face or online and produce fair, high-quality reports.
  • •Consult with treating healthcare professionals where appropriate.
  • •Work within a hybrid framework to support DWP assessments and improve customer outcomes.
  • •Demonstrate observational and note-taking skills to ensure respectful, accurate assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •One year of post-registration experience as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist.
  • •Full registration with a UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC or equivalent) with an active PIN and no restrictions.
  • •Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to write concise, accurate reports.
  • •Good IT skills and the ability to work efficiently under time pressures.
  • •Successful completion of the full pre-employment security screening process, including an Enhanced DBS check.
