Job Summary

Serve as the technical authority and primary bridge between the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform and enterprise customers across EMEA. Partner with field sales and Solutions Consulting to uncover complex business challenges, translate goals into operational, AI-assisted agreement workflows, and deliver technical product demonstrations and Q&A. Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to articulate solution recommendations and business value, including AI integration into SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical authority and primary bridge between the IAM platform and EMEA customers.
•Partner with field sales to discover and understand complex customer business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture.
•Translate customer goals into operational, AI-assisted agreement workflows.
•Establish technical credibility through product expertise, custom demonstrations, technical Q&A, and business process diagrams.
•Articulate solution recommendations and business value; serve as an expert on the IAM platform including AI integration into SaaS platforms.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of pre-sales or consulting experience in an enterprise SaaS environment (or equivalent).
•Experience with AI tools, APIs, and enterprise technology stacks.
•Fluency in English and a BS/BA degree (or equivalent relevant work experience).
•Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and articulate business value.
•Experience producing technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, and RFPs.
