Job Summary

Hygienist responsible for implementing sanitation standards, GMP compliance, and food safety programs at a Kerry manufacturing plant. •Conduct inspection and perform gap analysis of sanitation program.
•Monitor GMP and housekeeping activities to maintain plant standard.
•Develop and implement training to support sanitation program.
•Empower sanitation personnel to maintain documentation and coach when deviation occurs.
•Take ownership of department deficiencies and implement countermeasures.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
•Minimum of 3-4 years in Sanitation and Food Safety within an Operations Quality role.
•Proficient in prerequisite programs, HACCP, hazard analysis, and conducting risk assessments with teams.
•Basic knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is a plus.
•Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement effective sanitation systems.
