Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct inspection and perform gap analysis of sanitation program.
  • •Monitor GMP and housekeeping activities to maintain plant standard.
  • •Develop and implement training to support sanitation program.
  • •Empower sanitation personnel to maintain documentation and coach when deviation occurs.
  • •Take ownership of department deficiencies and implement countermeasures.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
  • •Minimum of 3-4 years in Sanitation and Food Safety within an Operations Quality role.
  • •Proficient in prerequisite programs, HACCP, hazard analysis, and conducting risk assessments with teams.
  • •Basic knowledge of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is a plus.
  • •Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement effective sanitation systems.
