Job Summary

Support manufacturing operations on the PM rotating shift by implementing and troubleshooting automation systems. Configure and maintain electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment, including PLC/HMI programming and process control optimization. Assist with new equipment installation and MES integration events, keep electrical drawings updated, and identify continuous-improvement solutions. Coordinate with multiple departments, follow safety and housekeeping standards, and provide remote support for worldwide sites when needed.

•Support manufacturing facilities, including remote support of worldwide manufacturing sites.
•Troubleshoot, repair, problem-solve, and maintain electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
•Assist with coordination of new equipment installation and implementation, including MES integration events.
•Maintain and update manufacturing process tool electrical drawings, documenting equipment changes.
•Implement software changes/upgrades, identify control problems and continuous-improvement solutions, and interface with multiple internal departments while ensuring safety compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.97 - 38.97 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of manufacturing equipment electrical/electronic/controls experience.
•Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Robotics, Industrial Controls, or Electronic Engineering, or (without a degree) 5+ years of verifiable related experience.
•Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment.
•Competency reading electrical/mechanical drawings and creating electrical schematic and panel layouts using Autodesk AutoCAD.
•Practical programming/troubleshooting experience with Rockwell Automation Logix PLCs and FactoryTalk View ME HMI (Proface experience is a plus).
