Inside Sales Associate

Serve walk-in and phone customers to understand needs, recommend products, and keep the sales process smooth. Process and distribute customer products efficiently, enter sales orders to generate invoices, and secure payments or obtain credit authorization. Handle customer questions, complaints, and warranty dispositions, and estimate delivery dates based on vendor schedules. Also support receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
