•Organise one-to-one interactions with residents (reminiscence tools, puzzles, reading, chat) and support the home’s social media channels as needed

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 12.6 - 13.6 hourly

•Creative thinker with budget-management and paperwork skills, able to handle priorities
•Genuine interest in caring for others and ability to bring energy and humour to residents
•Ability to create tailored activity plans and adapt to residents' needs
