Job Summary

Design and develop asynchronous professional learning experiences that build leadership capacity for school and district leaders. Translate instructional frameworks and leadership competencies into actionable job aids, toolkits, courses, and multimedia modules aligned to instructional excellence and school improvement priorities. Collaborate with subject matter experts and production/design teams, revise existing content for coherence and impact, and apply adult learning and microlearning principles to improve educator practice and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop high-quality asynchronous learning experiences, including e-learning courses, toolkits, job aids, templates, and leadership resources.
•Translate instructional frameworks and leadership competencies (e.g., PSEL, K12 Leadership Excellence Framework) into practical content for school and district leaders.
•Create implementation-focused resources supporting instructional coaching, data-driven instruction, observation and feedback cycles, and school improvement planning.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment.
•Partner with production and design teams to develop engaging multimedia learning experiences and keep content aligned to measurable outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Two to five years of experience in talent development, educational training, or related work, including school/district leadership level experience (e.g., principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, or district leader).
•Understanding of effective training methodologies and a passion for working with adult learners.
•Demonstrated expertise in instructional coaching and/or mentoring school leaders.
•Deep understanding of instructional best practices, observation and feedback cycles, and data-driven instruction.
•Experience developing professional learning content/curriculum for adult learners, with strong ability to translate complex concepts into practical resources.
