Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, and provide guidance on deposit and loan products. Open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while delivering a consistent, operationally accurate client experience. Educate customers on digital and self-service banking options and collaborate with branch teams to serve customers effectively.
