Deliver critical features for a newly formed Vancouver team, independently solving complex problems across the platform and helping shape distributed-systems architecture. Modernize monolithic systems into scalable distributed components, mature CI/CD and testing practices, and build reliable software used by millions globally. You’ll make major code design decisions, contribute to engineering standards, and mentor others while collaborating with product owners and designers in an agile environment.

•Modernize systems by refactoring monolithic components into distributed, scalable architectures.
•Enhance developer experience by maturing CI/CD tooling and applying TDD practices.
•Build and maintain a diverse tech stack including C#, .Net, React, AWS, and Kubernetes.
•Develop and implement technical solution designs aligned with long-term engineering frameworks.
•Mentor other engineers and contribute to global engineering standards through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
