Job Summary

Identify, recruit, and grow AI partners for Box, building relationships with startups, founders, and developer communities. Serve as a cross-functional bridge across business development, product, engineering, marketing, and developer relations to help partners integrate and build with Box. Design partnership opportunities that drive adoption, represent Box through events and community engagement, and amplify partner stories to expand Box’s presence in the AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, recruit, and grow AI partners for Box.
•Build relationships with high-growth AI startups, founders, and developer communities.
•Collaborate across business development, product, engineering, marketing, and developer relations.
•Help partners understand how to build on and integrate with Box with the right technical approach.
•Represent Box in the AI partner ecosystem through meetups, events, webinars, and community engagement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 204,000 - 250,000

•Experience working in external-facing partnerships within the AI ecosystem.
•Ability to engage technical founders, product leaders, developers, and emerging AI companies.
•Comfort operating at the intersection of partnerships, product thinking, and technical solutioning.
•Technical fluency to guide partners on the right approach for their product and use case.
•Background in partnerships, platform/product extensibility, or developer relations.
