Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver project controls across major programmes in the North West.
  • •Lead the programme controls function for a programme, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting; deploying controls team resources.
  • •Provide an efficient day-to-day service to Programme and Project Managers in reporting on plans, costs and programme performance.
  • •Monitor data input by project teams to cost and performance systems to meet data standards.
  • •Manage the production of the Investment Plan and comply with the Investment Competence Framework.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis, in the field and the home office.
  • •Proven experience within the infrastructure sector.
  • •Skilled in oral and written communication.
  • •Proficiency with PC operating systems and several basic software applications; proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office; knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and start-up work processes.
