Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the month-end closure process, ensuring timely completion of books and effective coordination with Business Finance, AR, and AP teams.
  • •Prepare complete financial statements for the entity and present financial results to internal stakeholders with clarity and actionable insights.
  • •Review and ensure accurate calculation of Expected Credit Loss (ECL) provisions (Ind AS 109) in alignment with the entity’s underlying credit risk, in collaboration with the Risk team.
  • •Develop and prepare accounting entries for new or complex transactions, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • •Maintain strong working knowledge and application of Ind AS 109 and Ind AS 115, with focus on ECL and revenue recognition.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fields
  • •CA qualification is mandatory
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in an NBFC (preferred)
  • •Strong knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs
  • •Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
