Key Responsibilities

•Own, build, and manage a medium-size portfolio of structured finance client relationships, including regular client service reviews.
•Provide client support as the central point of contact for each structured debt transaction for the Issuer Services business.
•Ensure issuer services undertakes contractual obligations for each structured finance transaction in a timely and accurate manner.
•Build strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships so client requirements are understood and the structured debt offering is supported.
•Work with the business development team to onboard new business opportunities and drive the client service agenda across teams.

•Relevant experience in the Corporate Trust business within Structured Finance/Securitisation.
•Strong operational and product experience with structured debt transactions such as RMBS, CMBS, and ABS (including roles performed by agents).
•Strong networking and presentation skills to build and enhance client relationships.
•Proven ability to communicate daily with multiple teams locally and globally.
•Strong verbal and written communication, including understanding of legal documentation governing roles/products supported.
