Job Summary

Drive MonetizeMore’s next stage of growth across EMEA and APAC by building and managing a pipeline of enterprise web and mobile app publisher accounts. Lead high-value commercial conversations, run discovery, and build business cases around revenue growth, traffic quality, and advertiser trust. Own the full sales cycle from outreach through negotiation and close, maintain disciplined forecasting in Salesforce, and coordinate handoff to onboarding while supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise web and mobile app publishers across EMEA and APAC.
•Create opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, events, communities, and industry relationships.
•Secure conversations with the right decision-makers and turn early interest into qualified opportunities.
•Lead discovery to uncover commercial, technical, and operational challenges and build business cases for measurable value.
•Manage the full sales cycle through negotiation, contracting, and close; maintain forecasts and opportunity data in Salesforce and support handoff to onboarding.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or another commercial role.
•Experience from the sell side or buy side of the digital advertising ecosystem.
•Proven track record building pipeline and progressing complex or enterprise-level deals.
•Strong disciplined execution across qualification, forecasting, documentation, follow-up, and deal progression.
•Strong English communication skills; additional languages for EMEA/APAC are a plus.
