Job Summary

Support the LAC Visa Direct Marketing team by developing and executing co-marketing programs with key clients and partners. Help drive demand generation, event activation, and go-to-market initiatives that accelerate adoption, activation, and sustained usage of Visa Direct solutions. Use data and AI tools to analyze performance, optimize engagement and conversion, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients. Partner closely with Sales, Product, UX, Marketing Services, and Global Customer Growth.

•Analyze marketing and client performance using AI tools to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, UX, Marketing Services, and Global Customer Growth to align and optimize client programs.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree.
•3-4 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, analytics, or client-facing marketing roles.
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field.
•Experience applying AI tools (including agent-based solutions) to improve marketing effectiveness and decision-making.
•Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is strongly preferred for client engagement across diverse markets.
