Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the primary client interface for a mission-critical, multi-building data center program, delivering end-to-end cost management across design and delivery phases. Own cost planning and estimates, produce executive reporting, validate cost inputs, and compile built-cost benchmarking. Lead procurement strategy and commercial negotiations, manage change control and cost variances, and support cost risk analysis, contingency, and EVM where applicable while mentoring junior team members.
