Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, review, and manage service quotations and orders for Medium & Low Voltage products and related service activities.
  • •Analyze customer requests and convert them into technically accurate and commercially optimized proposals.
  • •Serve as a technical-commercial partner for direct customers and Eaton Service Sales Organizations across EMEA.
  • •Maintain proactive communication on quotations, orders, planning, invoicing, and delivery, and support margin management with pricing policy compliance.
  • •Coordinate internally with sales, engineering, production, and field service teams; handle customer inquiries and complaints with relevant departments.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Solid knowledge of Medium & Low Voltage systems and electrical service solutions.
  • •Experience in sales support, service sales, or a similar technical-commercial role.
  • •Strong commercial mindset balancing technical feasibility and business value.
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
