Key Responsibilities

  • •Take great care of customers by addressing the question they ask and the one they didn’t know to ask (coverage gaps, discounts, upcoming renewals).
  • •Answer inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, including requests to change existing policies.
  • •Learn the insurance product deeply to match the right insurance company and coverage to each customer.
  • •Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
  • •Process service requests and manage policy-related documents, vehicles, drivers, and lienholders.
