Lead three pillars—implementation, enablement, and advisory—building consultative onboarding, formal learning-based training, and an AI adoption advisory practice. Define the services commercial model, partner across Sales and Customer Success, and establish the operational backbone for delivery measurement, capacity planning, and true engagement margin.
