Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end integration planning and coordination across multiple systems and workstreams.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed cutover plans and runbooks, coordinating rehearsals and governance for deployment.
  • •Coordinate hypercare planning and execution after deployment, including prioritisation and resolution of post go-live issues.
  • •Maintain ownership of programme risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating concerns and driving resolution.
  • •Provide clear reporting on readiness, risks and milestone achievement and support service transition/handover into operational support teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant Project Management experience delivering large-scale technology or business transformation programmes.
  • •Proven experience leading integration, cutover and hypercare activities, including testing, deployment and go-live coordination.
  • •Experience managing complex risks, dependencies, and delivery readiness activities across multiple workstreams.
  • •Comfortable working across business, technical, and supplier organisations with strong stakeholder management and governance.
  • •Degree qualified in Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
