Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of estimating, cost intelligence and benchmarking services for major infrastructure and built environment programmes across the UK.
  • •Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, from business case development through procurement support, cost planning and commercial management.
  • •Lead complex commissions, build trusted client relationships, shape and win new opportunities, and contribute to growth in key markets.
  • •Develop, mentor and grow the PMCM Cost Intelligence & Estimating team to high standards of delivery.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure robust estimating capability and value delivery for clients.

  • •MRICS or similar commercial qualification
  • •Extensive experience in water or energy sectors with estimating, benchmarking, procurement and pre-/post-contract cost and commercial management

  • •Ability to develop, mentor and grow a team
  • •Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration”
