Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of project managers and engineers, setting roles, priorities, and accountability across design, procurement, and field execution.
  • •Coordinate façade and enclosure field operations with the General Superintendent and superintendents, including sequencing, logistics, access, temporary works, and safety.
  • •Develop, own, and maintain the façade/enclosure master plan (WBS, schedule, and milestone alignment).
  • •Drive design development and constructability reviews with architects, engineers, and specialty façade consultants.
  • •Serve as the primary client/internal point of contact, leading submittals, RFIs, shop drawing reviews, BIM coordination/clash resolution, and interface management while communicating risks, decisions, and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Construction Management/Engineering (or relevant curriculum) and 8 years of construction experience in commercial construction (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •5 years of experience focused on construction façades/enclosures (preferred).
  • •Proven delivery of complex façades (mid/high-rise, healthcare, life sciences, cultural, higher ed, tech, or mission-critical).
  • •Expertise in façade procurement, contracts, logistics, installation, performance testing, and commissioning.
  • •Strong commercial and leadership skills, including budgeting/forecasting, change management, vendor negotiations, and stakeholder management with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
