Lead the design and development of LTE-based analog/digital electronics for mission-critical two-way radios. Utilize Cadence for modeling and signal integrity analysis, collaborate with Connectivity and Controller teams, and drive hardware subsystems (LTE, Wi‑Fi, GNSS, BT) from concept to PCB fabrication.

Job Function: Hardware, Embedded & Systems Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and development of advanced LTE communication solutions for mission-critical markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
•Use modeling and simulation tools (Cadence) to validate designs and perform digital signal integrity analysis prior to PCB fabrication.
•Collaborate with Connectivity and Controller engineers to develop LTE, Wi‑Fi, BT and GNSS-enabled systems tailored to customer needs.
•Oversee Connectivity and Controller circuitry responsibilities, including microprocessor, power management, audio, and peripheral subsystems.
•Receive training and technical guidance as required by project scope.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with 1–3 years of relevant industry experience
•Proficiency with BT/WiFi/GNSS/LTE and controller measurement instrumentation (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, power supplies/multimeters)
•Strong understanding or experience in LTE, Wi-Fi, BT, GNSS and controller-related subsystems (desirable)
•Experience with Qualcomm-based architectures (desirable)
