Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot the development and improvement of ML models and LLM platforms
  • •Create and deploy robust data pipelines for data scientists and analysts
  • •Support Data Scientists to ensure reproducibility, testability and scalability
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve technical solutions
  • •Implement MLOps principles: CI/CD, monitoring, model management, testing, versioning
  • •Coach and coordinate teams, promote best practices and ensure technological vigilance

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in engineering disciplines with at least 5 years on Machine Learning projects in production
  • •Experience as Tech Lead or prior team management
  • •Strong collaboration with architects, data engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable solutions
  • •Proven design, development and implementation of technical solutions and ML pipelines from design to production
  • •Excellent Python skills; experience deploying Large Language Models and the LLMOps ecosystem
