Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage employment and labor legal matters including wage-and-hour compliance, leaves of absence (FMLA/ADA), internal investigations, workplace policies and handbooks, and employee relations and terminations.
  • •Manage litigation matters.
  • •Draft, negotiate, and provide counsel for business contracts and business transactions.
  • •Ensure company operations conform to company policy and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • •Research substantive law and prepare reports as required.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. from an ABA-accredited US law school.
  • •Admitted to practice law in at least one state.
  • •5–10 years of experience as a practicing attorney with substantial focus on employment and labor law.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • •Ability to pass a drug test.
