Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive technical architecture and roadmap for the core web platform across multiple teams.
  • •Set org-wide standards and best practices for AI-agentic engineering workflows, ensuring correctness, security, and design accountability.
  • •Lead internal tooling and testing infrastructure strategy to accelerate delivery across the engineering org.
  • •Own testing strategy and quality bar across frontend and backend; hold engineers accountable via design reviews and mentorship.
  • •Drive architectural decisions for REST and WebSocket API design and partner with security, compliance, and product leadership on strategic technical bets.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior full-stack development experience owning complex systems end-to-end with Go and React (or comparable stack).
  • •Experience designing and owning distributed systems or high-availability services at scale.
  • •Proficiency designing and consuming REST and WebSocket APIs with strong networking fundamentals.
  • •Relational database experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
  • •Daily fluency directing AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) with strong judgment on correctness, security, and when to review output yourself.
