MARKET FACING UNDERWRITER (ROMA, IT)

Develop and execute the Property & Liability underwriting strategy for the Italian market. Serve as the main contact for selected agents within the Mid-Corporate team, supporting business development and cross-selling. Ensure underwriting compliance with authority, pricing, and rating guidelines, steer the local portfolio to meet financial targets, and collaborate with Sales, Claims, and other product lines. Support product development and maintain underwriting discipline within regulatory and corporate governance frameworks.
