Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Finance point of contact for customer reimbursements and compensation, managing accruals and ensuring costs are accurately reflected and compliant with accounting standards.
  • •Build and improve granularity and accuracy of figures with Tech and Data teams, developing and adjusting internal financial models and reconciling Finance and Ops.
  • •Monitor operations initiatives portfolio, providing financial guidance and tracking the financial impact of cost optimization and operational improvement projects.
  • •Support forecasting and budgeting by collecting trends and initiatives, analyzing deviations versus plan, and providing actionable insights.
  • •Develop reports and dashboards for regular performance discussions with senior leadership, translating financial and operational perspectives into recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related field with strong analytical focus.
  • •5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business partnering, or audit.
  • •Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate financial information into business-relevant insights.
  • •Analytical, detail-oriented approach with comfort working with large datasets to identify patterns.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with data modeling/visualization tools (SQL/BigQuery, Looker or similar).
