Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the internal audit strategy, vision, and annual risk-based audit plan aligned to company goals and automated workflows.
  • •Provide guidance and support to internal audit team members and foster continuous learning and innovation.
  • •Collaborate with executive leadership and the Audit Committee to identify key risks and drive effective risk mitigation, including in automated environments.
  • •Conduct risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, and adjust the audit plan based on regulatory changes and emerging risks.
  • •Lead audits across business functions and global locations, produce audit reports with issues and actionable recommendations, and present findings to executive management and the Audit Committee.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive management experience in consulting, internal audit and/or risk management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • •Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is required.
  • •Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • •Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage scope, and reconcile differing opinions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
