Vice President, Internal Audit

Lead Cloudflare’s internal audit function by developing the internal audit strategy and annual risk-based audit plan, and reshaping legacy audit processes into an AI-assisted operating model. Provide independent, objective assessments of operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Manage a team of internal auditors, conduct risk assessments and internal control evaluations, and deliver clear audit reporting and findings to executive leadership, the Audit Committee, and key cross-functional stakeholders.
