Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with engineers, product management, and external partners to identify and implement improvements and new features for the GoFundMe platform.
  • •Deliver well-documented, tested, and operable code for frontend, backend, and/or native mobile roles.
  • •Contribute to efficiency by improving processes and productivity across the organization.
  • •Own the completion and quality of tasks and projects while incorporating guidance from mentor, manager, and peers.
  • •Participate in agile development processes by completing user stories and sprint tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a 4-year Computer Science degree program, bootcamp, or have relevant industry work experience.
  • •Comfortable writing code and working with languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and/or JavaScript.
  • •Familiarity with TypeScript and React.
  • •Comfortable with mobile-focused development, with preference for iOS (SwiftUI/Swift/Combine) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose).
  • •Familiar with Agile and Scrum; experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
