•Define and drive the technical vision and strategy for the Enterprise Fulfillment team, aligned with product strategy and company bets.
•Own the engineering roadmap and enable high-quality execution of business outcomes while maintaining reliability and scale.
•Establish and champion production-service best practices to meet enterprise-grade expectations.
•Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10+ engineers building picking experiences for retailers and shoppers.
•Drive recruiting and hiring to attract top engineering talent and partner across a broader ~50-engineer organization and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering management leading teams of 15+ engineers.
•Demonstrated ability to craft and execute strategic engineering roadmaps aligned to business objectives and product strategy.
•Experience as a hands-on technical leader, performing or closely overseeing individual contributor work at a senior/staff-equivalent level.
•Strong track record of staffing, mentoring, and developing engineering teams, including performance management and career development.
•Cross-functional experience working with product managers and senior individual contributors in a fast-paced environment.
