Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, performing complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs while maintaining accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) to enhance the service experience.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calling, checking client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch specialists.
  • •Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
