Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve architectural foundations of the frontend platform, including module boundaries, micro-frontend patterns, shared component infrastructure, and state management strategy.
  • •Diagnose and fix systemic frontend performance issues and establish performance budgets and guardrails that scale across teams.
  • •Build and maintain build systems, local dev environments, CI/CD pipelines, linting/codegen, and internal tooling used by other engineers.
  • •Continuously identify the largest engineering workflow bottleneck and build AI-agent-driven automation to remove unnecessary manual effort.
  • •Set frontend technical direction and standards, mentor senior/staff-track engineers, and review cross-team architecture proposals affecting shared frontend infrastructure.
