Customer Care Senior Representative

Review electronic submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established policies. Use a CRM system and internal resources to resolve moderately routine customer questions via inbound/outbound calls and written responses. Analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance, conduct routine research on inquiries, and maintain solid domain knowledge of healthcare insurance products and processes. Work independently, follow process directions, and escalate concerns to a supervisor with urgency.
