•Own Scale's global policy strategy across AI governance, federal procurement, international AI safety frameworks and more.
•Lead and grow a team of policy professionals, setting priorities and managing execution across a complex portfolio.
•Translate business objectives into policy outcomes.
•Serve as Scale's senior voice at trade associations, standards bodies, and industry coalitions; drive consensus on Scale's priority positions.
•Brief and advise Scale's executive leadership on regulatory and legislative developments affecting the business.
