•Contact 100% of assigned qualified inbound leads quickly and effectively.
•Qualify leads by understanding partner needs, challenges, goals, and current processes to determine fit.
•Present, promote, and sell Fresha’s products and services via discovery calls and product demonstrations.
•Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, including handling objections and communicating platform value.
•Record interactions, activities, results, and next steps in the CRM and provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.

Salary: EUR 32,000

Key Requirements

•Minimum two years of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, or lead conversion, ideally in a B2B environment.
•Professional communication skills in verbal and written Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
•Demonstrated ability to work toward commercial objectives and convert opportunities into customers.
•Consultative approach: ask effective questions, understand needs, and connect customer challenges to relevant solutions.
•Strong results orientation and comfort managing multiple leads with effective follow-up.
