Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and enhance Securities Services reputation through effective client interaction and coordination of staff involved in client service delivery.
•Identify, prioritize, and manage MSIIs/top and emerging risks for the department, ensuring remedial actions are taken.
•Mitigate risk through efficient use of technology by reviewing developments, identifying risk areas, and ensuring appropriate mitigation focus.
•Own capacity reporting and management planning, including monthly reporting and robust MIS for departmental performance review and trend analysis.
•Manage fund investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence, including risk assessment/classification, AML database/core system recording, documentation retention, audit point-of-contact duties, and responding to client/investor queries.

Key Requirements

•Graduate or post-graduate diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking.
•Certification in AML/KYC risk management and knowledge of the securities industry.
•7–8 years of prior experience in Transfer Agency AML/KYC services (or 7–8 years in AML/KYC function in non-Transfer Agency is mandatory).
•Working knowledge of regulations including GDPR, FATCA and CRS, CSSF.
•Relevant financial services AML and KYC experience with proven management experience, plus strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
