Key Responsibilities

•Inspect and document project-related construction activities for conformance to project plans.
•Work at various client construction project sites inspecting and assessing construction activities in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
•Assist with collecting, compiling, and analyzing data from the work site, surveys, structural plans, blueprints, and other technical drawings for field inspection activities.
•Under minimal supervision, use survey instruments, metering devices, and test equipment to perform basic inspections of site conditions, equipment, construction, and materials to determine conformance with applicable rules and permits.
•Generate complete, accurate documentation and specifications related to inspection findings using electronic systems, photos, drawings, diagrams, and reports.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED.
•Minimum of 5+ years of relevant post-education experience in discipline with prior construction inspection experience.
•ICC licenses in concrete, structural steel welding, masonry, fireproofing and soils preferred.
•Experience in inspection of concrete, structural steel, masonry, fireproofing, reinforcing steel, and soils.
•Valid state driver’s license.
