Key Responsibilities

  • •Support annual budget and monthly forecasting, ensuring plans align with business priorities.
  • •Deliver monthly, half-yearly, and annual performance reporting and prepare board-level finance governance packs with accurate actual-vs-budget and actual-vs-forecast commentary.
  • •Partner with departmental leaders and budget holders to improve financial accountability, challenge assumptions, and enable informed decisions.
  • •Build and maintain financial models, scenarios, and sensitivities to support business cases, investment decisions, and optimization opportunities.
  • •Improve FP&A processes and planning tools to increase efficiency, data quality, and stakeholder self-service insight.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years post-qualified experience, or 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical finance role.
  • •Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering within Financial Services, Fintech, or Banking.
  • •Strong budgeting, forecasting, month-end variance analysis, and performance reporting experience, including business cases.
  • •Demonstrable financial modelling capability with good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment and communicating financial insight to finance and non-finance audiences.
