Job Summary

Lead the design organization end-to-end for customer-facing journeys across mobile and web, owning design quality and measurable impact. Partner closely with Product and Marketing to deliver a cohesive experience from first impression to daily use, scale design strategy, and govern design systems (including a Figma system). Drive UX architecture through research, testing, and usability gates, while recruiting and mentoring a remote, multidisciplinary design culture and establishing safe AI design governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, champion, and execute the long-term design vision for client-facing touchpoints across mobile and web.
•Own design performance and outcomes by tracking metrics (e.g., task completion, journey speed, and design-system adoption) and reporting quarterly at the executive level.
•Operationally lead the design function, including headcount planning, prioritization, and delivery alongside Product and Engineering.
•Partner with Marketing to ensure brand continuity throughout the user journey, from public campaigns to in-app transactional flows.
•Oversee UX architecture via user research and journey mapping, manage a unified design language and Figma system, and standardize usability testing and customer discovery as release gates.

•Track record improving key design and business metrics (conversion, NPS, task completion, and platform ratings) through design-led initiatives.
•Strong understanding of native mobile platform guidelines (iOS and Android) and modern web standards, with experience scaling enterprise-grade design systems.
•Ability to communicate design decisions’ business value to C-suite and board, and lead in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
