Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, champion, and execute the long-term design vision for client-facing touchpoints across mobile and web.
  • •Own design performance and outcomes by tracking metrics (e.g., task completion, journey speed, and design-system adoption) and reporting quarterly at the executive level.
  • •Operationally lead the design function, including headcount planning, prioritization, and delivery alongside Product and Engineering.
  • •Partner with Marketing to ensure brand continuity throughout the user journey, from public campaigns to in-app transactional flows.
  • •Oversee UX architecture via user research and journey mapping, manage a unified design language and Figma system, and standardize usability testing and customer discovery as release gates.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of digital design experience and 4+ years in an executive leadership role (Director/VP) managing multi-disciplinary design teams.
  • •Experience setting and executing a long-term design vision across mobile and web, with measurable user-experience quality as a success standard.
  • •Track record improving key design and business metrics (conversion, NPS, task completion, and platform ratings) through design-led initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of native mobile platform guidelines (iOS and Android) and modern web standards, with experience scaling enterprise-grade design systems.
  • •Ability to communicate design decisions’ business value to C-suite and board, and lead in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
