Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer and lead technical discovery for prospects and customers.
  • •Own end-to-end technical implementation of the Deepgram platform for enterprise customers—from scoping and architecture through go-live and optimization.
  • •Configure and customize the platform to meet each customer’s operational requirements (e.g., menu structures, ordering flows, edge cases, POS integrations).
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in live deployments; serve as escalation point for complex issues.
  • •Codify deployment patterns into tools, playbooks, and reference architectures to scale deployments across customers.
